Suji upma is a soft and nutritious meal for toddlers. It is easy to digest and perfect for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp suji (rava)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Finely chopped vegetables (carrot, beans)

Steps:

  • Heat ghee in pan
  • Add vegetables and cook
  • Add water and boil
  • Add suji slowly and mix
  • Cook till soft
