Intro:
Suji upma is a soft and nutritious meal for toddlers. It is easy to digest and perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp suji (rava)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp ghee
- Finely chopped vegetables (carrot, beans)
Steps:
- Heat ghee in pan
- Add vegetables and cook
- Add water and boil
- Add suji slowly and mix
- Cook till soft
